Terms of use
The terms for using this website, your account, Learn AI Academy, and the AI Briefing.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services, send a request, read the Academy and the AI Briefing, and use your account. Please give accurate information, and don’t send other people’s confidential information through our forms.
Requests and calls
Sending a request saves it with a reference number. It is not a confirmed booking. We reply by email (or by phone if you asked) to arrange a time, and a call is scheduled only when we confirm it.
Paid services
The first year and any other paid work are agreed in writing before you commit. The written scope states the outcomes, tools, inputs, testing, handover, fees, timing, payment terms, and any third-party costs, and it governs if it differs from this site. We invoice after you accept it; this site does not take payments.
- The introductory consultation is free and carries no obligation.
- To begin, the first year is $3,500 and both parts are required: a $500 down payment, which starts the comprehensive AI action plan and the hands-on implementation of the accepted written scope, and the $3,000 annual fee. There is no plan-only purchase, and no hidden hour or workflow cap on the deliverables you accept.
- Member benefits begin only after both first-year payments are received and your membership dates are recorded; you then sign in and enter your personal member password. A down payment alone doesn’t start member access.
- After the first year, renewal is $2,500 a year, only if you choose to renew. Membership doesn’t renew or charge automatically.
- Membership includes the comprehensive AI plan and agreed implementation in the first year, a private member login, training, templates, and a first-week guide, weekly AI updates with a private feed, the member AI answer box, questions answered by a person throughout the year, and consultations by phone or in person as needed. Consultations are arranged with you during your annual term.
- Bespoke development, travel, and outside vendor costs are disclosed and agreed in writing before you commit. Your organization buys any AI software directly from the vendor, under the vendor’s own terms and prices.
Your account and member password
Accounts use the secure sign-in provided by our hosting platform (OpenAI), where you can continue with an email address, Google, or Microsoft. Keep access to that account secure. Members also receive a personal member password, which works only with their own account; keep it private. We may turn off or replace a member password, and every browser unlocked with it, if it may have been exposed or the membership ends. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend access that abuses the site or other people’s information.
Learn AI Academy and member updates
The Academy’s lessons, playbooks, templates, and first-week guide, and the weekly member updates, are for members during their membership. You may use and adapt them for yourself and inside your own organization. Please don’t resell them, republish them as your own, or share your member password, member access, or private feed link.
The AI answer box
Members can use an AI answer box. It is an AI tool, not a person, and its answers can be wrong or incomplete. It can’t browse the web. Don’t enter confidential information; what you type is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. Daily fair-use limits apply, and we may pause the answer box, change its limits, or change the AI model behind it. For anything that needs a person, members can ask us directly.
AI output and professional advice
AI tools can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI tool produces before you rely on it or share it. Our lessons, the AI Briefing, member updates, the AI answer box, and our guidance are educational. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Estimates, examples, and the AI Briefing
Calculator results, workflow examples, and hours on this site are illustrations based on stated assumptions. They are not guarantees or client results. The AI Briefing summarizes vendors’ public announcements as of the dates shown; products, availability, and prices change, so confirm details on the vendor’s current pages.
