How member access works

Once both first-year payments are confirmed, you get two keys: the account you sign in with, and a personal member password. Member benefits open only with both.

From invoice to member area

Sign-in is run by OpenAI, which hosts this site. We never see the password for that account.

  1. Sign in with one account

Select “Sign in” at the top of the page. On the secure sign-in screen, continue with your email address, Google (for Gmail), or Microsoft (for Outlook). Use the same sign-in choice and email address every time. Your membership is attached to that account.

  2. Accept the written scope and pay the first year

The first year is $3,500: the $500 down payment, which starts your plan and implementation, and the required $3,000 annual fee. You receive a written agreement and invoices; there’s no online checkout.

  3. Receive your personal member password

Once both payments are received, Luke records your membership dates on the account you signed in with and sends you a member password privately. It is yours alone.

  4. Unlock the member area

Sign in, open your account, and enter the member password once on each browser you use. It stays unlocked there for 30 days, until you lock it, or until your password is replaced.

Member benefits open once both first-year payments, the $500 down payment and the $3,000 annual fee, are confirmed and your membership is recorded. Then you sign in and enter your personal member password. The down payment alone, or signing in alone, opens no member benefits.

Good to know

  • Your member password works only with your own account, so a copy in someone else’s hands opens nothing for them.
  • Signing in alone shows your requests and membership status. Training, weekly updates, questions to a person, and the AI answer box open only after you enter your member password.
  • Lost the password, or think someone saw it? Ask for a new one through “Help with my membership.” The old one stops working on every browser at once.
  • When a membership ends and isn’t renewed, the member area locks on its own. Renewal is $2,500 a year, only when you choose it.
